Who I am
Hi, I’m Juanjo Vega, wedding photographer in Barcelona. I live in a small village between vineyards, forests and the Mediterranean, an environment that defines my way of seeing and capturing the world.
Photography is not only my work, it is the way I understand emotions, stories and memories that are transformed into timeless images.
My background
My path to photography was not the usual one. I worked in finance until I understood that my true vocation was in telling stories through images. So I decided to train in Advertising Photography and Art Direction, and since then, my goal has been to capture the authenticity of every moment with an honest and delicate look.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to document weddings in different corners of the world, from Mallorca and Marrakech to Paris, Amsterdam, Switzerland and New York. Each experience has taught me that the beauty of a wedding is in the details, the energy of the moment and the connection between people.
Creating memories
For me, wedding photography is about more than capturing beautiful images. It’s about creating a visual legacy that preserves the essence of each story. Genuine emotions, complicit glances and ephemeral instants are what really matter.
My approach is documentary, with an editorial touch, always looking for images that are honest, natural and timeless.
