A bit about my background

Hello, my name is Juanjo Vega and I’m lucky enough to live in the Mediterranean, in a small town near Barcelona surrounded by forests and vineyards, and close to the sea.

Although it may sound like a cliché, it’s true that I’ve had a camera in my hands since I was a child. The first one I had was a gift from my mother and it was the one she had been using for years. I remember the nerves I felt when finishing a roll of film and the rush to get it developed and see the results.

After studying Business Administration and Management and working in the finance industry for a few years, I realized that I didn’t want to live that way, so one day (many years ago now) I decided to change my life, study Photography and Art Direction, and dedicate myself to what I really love, taking pictures.
